Call of Duty: Ghosts will feature some co-op in some form, though Infinity Ward is reluctant to clarify exactly what.
The studio's community coordinator Candice Capen revealed the existence of such a feature on Twitter, but wouldn't be drawn on specifics.
@doyneamite @markderidder we'll have a cooperative mode of sort, but we're not announcing it yet and I've no clue when/if we will

The tweet's unclear about whether this mode could in fact be Spec Ops or a new beast entirely. Seeing as the game isn't out until November, there's still plenty of time for the developer to share something.
Would you like to see Spec Ops mode return or would you prefer it if things were mixed up a bit? Let us know your thoughts in the comments.
